Interview Script - Initial Customer Interview

Interview Information

• Estimated Duration: 20 minutes
• Purpose: Approval of requirements, strategic and tactical plans, architecture, and figma design for MVP.
• Participants: Denis Nikolskiy, Ilya Pechersky, Roukaya Mohammed, Timur Harin

Script Structure

1. Show requirements files and get approval for the scenarios and thresholds of success, and use case diagrams.
2. Show figma design and get approval that it matches the desired customer vision for MVP.
3. Show both Strategic and Tactical plan and get approval for main parts and for us to use it as our road map.
4. Show our initial architecture diagrams and get approval.
5. Discuss improvements in all these elements and expectations for the next sprint.
6. Can you please provide us with the calculation formula?
